Wider pavements and slower traffic on Camden High Street
August 29, 2009
Local residents will have seen that work has begun on the high street pavement opposite the tube. This is part of our new scheme to widen the footways and reduce the carriageway, so vehicles go slower and the road is safer.
After a lot of consultation, the bus stop currently opposite the station is moving 95 meters down near Boots. If you notice any problems as the works progress, please email chrisnaylor.libdems@googlemail.com. For more details of the plans go to http://tiny.cc/GtM and http://tiny.cc/ffChu
